Why Won't my GIF animation work? - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

Hey oracles!

I've made this GIF animation which I'd like to use as an avatar here only it won't work. Well it did at first but when I compressed the GIF animation (to 19 KB - the max size of avatar pics) it suddenly doesn't work anymore!

I used ImageReady as usual, I've got XP installed on my com if that helps?!

Oh and while we're on the subject why can't I decide the scale of compression in ImageReady in the "4-up"? It only gives me the choice of the original size and then 5 KB for each of the other three compressions. I'm able to define the quality of the compression when I save for web in PS but I can't seem to do that in ImageReady.

Help!

Can you post the gif here? Does it animate when you view it in IE?

Hehe just kidding. Um, I know nothing about making .gifs sorry.

I'm not about to change my avatar .. I was trying to make an animated GIF using 6 different shots of my ass but it didn't work at the time so I just went with this shot..

I've figured it out though Rlyss..thanks anyway

Something horrible is happening inside of me and I don't know why. My nightly bloodlust has overflown into my days. I feel lethal, on the verge of frenzy. I think my mask of sanity is about to slip.

Rlyss The Pusher Location: Edinburgh	Can you post the gif here? Does it animate when you view it in IE?
