Dell Laptop Drivers

Ive herd its a bitch to find dell drivers. I was thinking of formating my new laptop cuz all the DELL buleshit software is annoying. sticking a fresh copy of windows xp pro on it and hope for the best. What do u guys have to say about dell laptop drivers.

But i must say so far i am pleased with this laptop. But i would like to change the screen from a XGA to a UXGA screen. not sure if dell would do that or not. A friend of mine bought a UXGA one and its alittle bit better. Im pleased with my screen but that little bit more would be nice.

I work with dells everyday at work and their site is very easy to navigate as far as drivers.

The service tag number should be on the bottom of the laptop. Enter it here and you should be fine.

Not a bitch at all. Go to dell.com, sign in to your account and go to "service and support" and select "downloads" You have to enter your service tag and it'll pull up your system and just select what you want. Easy.

what the other two said.....
go to support.dell.com and enter your service tag, and there you go.

who did you hear that it was to find this stuff from? you should really go kick them in the teeth, because they obviously don't know what they're talking about.

What the other three said, dell is awesome, not that I'd ever stop building my own desktops but I love their laptops (I own one).
