Is there any way to convert the bgm in emulator ROMs into either wav or mp3 format?

It's just that there are some pretty nifty old skool tunes (from the Genesis mainly, and the N64) that I'd like to use in some of my music, and in order to use them in eJay they need to be in either wav or mp3 format.

This is the last resort, as I've searched and searched and I can't find Mario Tennis and Gauntlet IV tunes anywhere on the net!
