File/Folder Comparison Tool
 

I keep my data on 2 separate drives, for backup purposes. Is there a tool that will help me compare the data in the 2 locations, and identify the discrepancies between the 2, so I can sync them up?

I use Update v2.2 from profiles software. I've been using this package for several years. It's freeware.

Update 2 is extremely configurable. You make configuration files that run in a GUI. There are a hell of a lot of options for filtering, backup type, etc.
