Win 98 Safe Mode
I feel like a complete dolt, but I can't remember the keystroke(s) to enter Safe mode for '98.
Any help out there? |
click on restart
hold down on the cntl key on some machines you can hold down on the F8 key... |
F8 on boot up

Just to add some complexity, here's an alternate method. Click start, select run, type "msconfig" click OK. On the general tab, click advanced, check the box maked "enable startup menu". Click OK, click OK, restart. Make sure to uncheck this when you no longer need it.
