windows commander...
http://www.ghisler.com/
anyone use it, or anything like it? edit: its a file manager like windows explorer (not to be confused with internet explorer) with many functions/shortcuts |
I have it, been using it for ages, and like it.
Good enough? :) |
Wow. The screenshot took me back to Midnight Commander, an old-skool file manager for Unix, now part of the GNU project. This (fine) product is obviously heavily inspired by good old mc.

It is a very useful program; I use it on a daily basis to copy downloaded files to another directory. It's much easier to select files and move them with WC than it is to do it with explorer... And that's just *one* of the many things you can do with it. :)
(There's a multiple-file renaming tool in there, along with an ftp client, zip/rar/anything packer/unpacker, easy file splitting and combining, etc. etc.) |
