[css / html] Selecting an ID within an ELEMENT

OK, I knwo this is easy... but I'm pulling a brain fat here...

I have:

<div id="box">
<p>Arrhhh</p>
</div>

How do I make all instances of the element "p" within the id "box" something.

I know I've done this before.... and I'm pissed that I can't remember how to at the moment...

Mabye I shouldn't have had that Jack and Coke

EDIT: The w3 documentation is here: http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-CSS2/select...#id-selectors. But hell if I can make anything of it.

On a related note, why doesn't IE implement this?

#box input[type=text] { }
#box input[type=submit] { }
