I haven't found anything that says it scans NTFS or FAT 32. http://www.tucows.com would be the place that I would start.

phew...I was scared for a sec - thought you wanted a scanner to scan LINUX!

I don't know if tucows would have anything though....tucows isn't exactly the first place the average Linux user thinks of to get Linux software Nonetheless, it's worth a shot cause I'm not exactly sure where someone would goa bout looking for something like that. I normally just scan Gentoo's portage for whatever I'm looking for...but if you don't use Gentoo that's not much help to you

I guess you could mount the fat32 partition and scan it with something like [clam antivirus].

I don't think I'd try it with ntfs. I have mounted and read ntfs partitions (mp3s), but writing or doing anything that might involve writing is....not recommended.

Yeah. Linux can read NTFS ok, but writing is shaky at best--as in there is a good chance it could destroy any data on the disk.
