I couldnt find a list of rules and there is no where else to post this. Are we allowed to mention drugs and the past use of.

Yes, in fact, we have alot of posters that have openly stated that they are drug user. I even smoke a lot of weed.

discussion of drugs is fine...the rule states

Discussions of how to use, buy, or get illegal drugs may not take place in the public areas of the forums.

but lots of us talk about drugs, drug history etc

There's several threads on past drug use and questions about drugs. Make sure you do a good search before starting a new thread on it. :)
