can't get PM's?

I believe go to User CP, click on Edit Options, then under Private Messaging, click the tab that enables PMs. I didn't have to reset my options, so maybe it was just a quirk of the board?

I get the same thing. And I can't see an option for it. Another oddity: today I could upload an avatar although I shouldn't have been able to..

gal that's just part of the default vb3 settings, unless they're planning on leaving it like that...

Mine was set to 'off' as well with the upgrade. It also took me a while to figure out how to PM somebody (for those of you who still haven't figured it out, you click on the username in the left column, and sending a PM is one of the options).

I see it under User CP / Options, under Private Messenging. I don't think it was there this morning, I think Halx added it sometime during the day.

Heh, I'll try to keep up.

But on a more serious note, I suspect that anyone who set their Options before Halx re-added the PM component now has PMs set off. Perhaps, once everything settles down again, Halx could give another front-page notice suggesting that everyone revisit their Options page?
