How accurate is the time and date showing as when you last visited TFP?

Fairly accurate. There may be a few differences in the minutes or hours depending on what you have your time set to here versus on your computer, but it's pretty accurate. Although admins do have the ability to manually change that. Come to think of it, I'm not sure why that's an option for us, but it is.
