Is there a "this is spam" notification method or should I just be msging a few mods/admins at random? Or add "spam" tag to the post?

Yeah, that was me. We try to stay on the spam, and I'm not real shy about confronting spammers with PM's and emails when I've got the time.

As far as the notification goes, it's the report post feature. That's the red-bordered white triangle under your name on the left side of the screen. It sends all of us an email and also creates a thread for discussion (if needed) in the back room. It's the best way to let the whole staff know, and whoever's online at the time will catch it quickly. If it's an odd hour or a holiday, it may take us a little longer, but trust us that we'll get to it.

We've also got about 7 or 8 members who have the ability to take care of spam as well. You'll occassionally see them take out a spammer too, and those folks are worth their weight in gold.
