As a Phillies phan, I'm almost ready to declare the 2005 season over:

-- Braves get Hudson, add Smoltz to rotation and replace him with an all-star closer.
--Mets add Pedro, bring back Benson and look likely to add another bat.
--Phillies add Lieber and bring back Lidle.

Oh boy. Could be another long year.

Cheer up. You still have the best mascot in the league.
