Timberpups a legitimate team this year? - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

Me being a Minnesotan I've always been a T'Wolves fan, it was hard before KG and its been frustrating with him. Anywho as of tonight the Wolves are at the top of the best conference in basketball having knocked the spurs. Since December first we are 18-3 with the best road record in the league. I think the acqisition of the Alien (Cassell) and the Predator (Sprewell) were just what the team needed, not to mention we have an injuried all-star Wally and T hud (who carried the team against the lakers in the 03' playoffs) sitting. I think this year might be the year KG makes it out of the first round and might make an honest run for the title. Lord knows the East is already dead in the water.

I think that the t-wolves are the 4th best team i nthe nba this year, right behind the lakers, spurs and kings. Until Garnett has some more help on the glass they won't win a championship

They would have been better off not signing that chronically injured stiff Olowakandi.

T-wolves dont have enough game to get by the spurs, kings, or the lakers. Maybe one day.......

They've beaten all of those teams thus far this season.

The T-Wolves are legit! I'm glad KG finally has some help. They're only gonna become a deeper team when Wally and The Kandi man come back.

KG is the MVP of the league. Nobody in the league can stuff the stat sheet like him.

Yeah they can get a game here and there. BUT realistically, they cant beat those teams in a 5,7 games series. KG is good, but its a team sport, and he needs a better supporting cast to get over the hump. Oh yeah, dont forget about the Mavs too. Man the west is tough.....
