Assuming that you're referring to implants here, generally the answer it yes. Some plastic surgeons use a technique that inserts the implant through an incision at the nipple, and this can, though usually doesn't, result in some loss of sexual sensitivity. Implants that go in through an incision under the breast or in the armpit are less likely to do this, but have their own aesthetic drawbacks.

The skin surface, where the stimulation occurs, generally remains unaffected so long as the implant remains in place and doesn't harden, as some early saline implants were wont to do.

All good looking breasts, natural or enhanced, at least those above a AAA, droop a little bit.

I much prefer the natural look over the artificial, straight out appearance, but I do understand why some smaller girls get implants. I've considered it myself, though my wife is dead set against it, and I typically defer to her judgement in medical matters, and if she's pleased with them, who am I to disagree?

On real women, I much prefer real breasts.

For fantasy material, I prefer the artificial look...my perfect fantasy deserves perfect breasts.

REAL everytime not just because I once had a g/friend with a failed implant job (rock solid breasts). She was a 10/10 beauty in looks alone and never needed a stupid false piece of rubbish stuck inside her.

Real ones are infinately better for both playing and looking.

Breasts that don't droop are off-putting, at least for me. They're supposed to a bit. Real is always the way to go.

Eh, I'm not sure I've ever experienced any 'fake' breasts, so I'm not sure, but I guess I'd have to go with real since I have no experience with the other.

I've never felt the plastic ones, either. I suppose I would have to in order to form an educated opinion. Aesthetically, though, I've never liked the look of fake breasts where the rounded implant is plainly visible. It's off-putting at the least.

Being a woman, I couldn't imagine having fake breats. But then again mine are a D cup. When I think about fake breats, I think about really hard, poke someones eye out, structures. Hmmm Not Good. Its interesting to see what guys like.

Real all the way. I find them a major turn off. A friend of mine intends to buy his GF new boobs & a new ass & whatever she wants. It amazes me how many girls think having filthy great rock hard honkers would make them happier/more attractive/popular/beautiful. My Ex was a go-go dancer & alot of her friends have implants, Its sad to see beautiful girls with wierd cup shapes where thier breasts should be. No thanks, Ill pass.

My sister got implants, from a 36A she went to a 36C, same size I am. Upon announcing that she was now the same size as I am, my only remark was, "Yea, but I didn't PAY for mine". :D

I've heard many women talk about a huge boost in self confidence when getting the fake breasts. If that is true, it is something to be said for fake breasts.

I think the major issue is your life style. If you are trying to be sexy for whatever reasons you have, there can be advantages (and disadvantages if its a crapy job) to fakes.

If your SO is happy with what you have, and you are happy, why bother?

Since I've never felt fake ones, I really can't say. But in the visual realm, I prefer real-looking ones any day. Someone who looks like she's got half a melon stuffed under too little skin...well, it just makes me go "ouch." And nipples generally should point neither upwards nor in opposite directions. And I hate the line on top of fake boobs when a woman raises her arms.

I've often considered getting implants - I'm a "A" cup and I often feel insecure about my chest. But I also enjoy being able to go without a bra, and I find that given the right shirt I get just as much attention as some of my more well-endowed friends. Plus, the people who matter like them just the way they are, and I don't know if I could handle how they feel. I've heard they're just kind of shockingly....fake-feeling.

Real, real, real, absolutely real, always and forever real. Even in porn, I want 'em real.

Incidentally... perfect breasts droop. The fake ones that live up around the shoulders just look wrong.

Of course the question is, if they are really good fakes, would you know?

Ugh. Some of those women should get their money back. Breasts should not look like missiles. Out of the 8 pages I looked through, I saw 2-3 that I thought actually looked 'natural'. The rest were obvious, and a small handful were just WRONG. The two things I noticed were that the "anatomical" implants seemed to look better than the "round" implants, and people who jumped more than a size or maybe 2 ended up looking fake and shiny.

If they felt natural, I can't say I wouldn't do it. Even then, though, I could find much better uses for $6,000.

I love boobies, period. But, to play with, nothing beats natural. I do admire the look of the fakies, if they are good fakies, but in actuallity, the real deal is for me.

I felt fake ones once and they felt pretty damn good. Although it was also a nice looking fake.

I've thought about getting implants because I have smaller breasts. But, when looking at pictures of women with implants, I hate how the breasts look so separated. There is usually a large flat spot between the two breasts that I can't stand. If I was guaranteed to get implants that looked extremely real, I'd probably do it.

It seems that the majority of the guys here prefer them real, as do I. Why mess up something that's perfectly fine, with the majority, just to emulate an image popularized by the media?

I have had the "pleasure" of spending extensive time with a woman who had augmentations many years ago. While it obvious with her clothes off, it is near impossible to tell with her clothes on.

Outside the porn industry, It is my opinion that these modifications are usually to aid the individual's self-perception. If this change makes them feel better about themself in any way at all, who am I to do or say anything to change that. In the person I mention above, she was very self-concious about it the first time we were naked together. In fact, she was very uncomfortable and, the next day, felt the need to confess. I didn't (and wouldn't) tell her that it had been obvious to me. I was supportive and I like to think that I succeeded in conveying my appreciation for her body in it's current state as she was much more relaxed in subsequent, uh, "together-time."

I guess there's a double-edged sword; The changes are often made to make one feel better about one's self: to be more self-confident - but the follow up may be less confidence in intimate settings.

And to answer the question: Yes, fake breasts can arouse me.

I prefer real. If I want to handle silicone I'll go to my kitchen and pickup my oven mits.

Okay Ive touched some breasts in my time.... and I have to say that I prefer fake boobies! Unless the natural ones are set well. You know what though, when you lay down flat on your back, it doesnt make a difference.

I don't know the full history of breast implants, but I suspect their widespread popularity originated amongst women in the public eye. If that is the case, then if you are a real woman who intends for their boobies to be touched, I'd suggest not getting them.

I prefer real, obviously. I guess men like to look at fake breasts when done well, but only when they look "better" than real breasts. To get philosophical for a second, the only reason we have fake breasts is to further enable us to approach the Platonic ideal of breasts, which by necessity must have been derived from real examples (and trust me there are many great examples...right here on the TFP!)

Breast implants are disgusting 100% of the time. Real breasts, even if you don't have any at all, are <B>always</B> more attractive than implants. If I see a breast, if there is ANY sign of implants, I am immediately disgusted. If I ever dated a girl that had implants, I would end the relationship (seriously) simply due to a complete disgust of the girl's body. A woman's body in its natural state is the most beautiful thing I've ever witnessed...implants ruin it, plain and simple.

Conical breasts are just odd. Even stranger looking is pushed up conical breasts on women with low bodyfat - in clothes with a low neckline. (Seems popular with TV presenters). Not attractive to me at all.

I think that breast implants have their place for a variety of cases where there is a serious aesthetical issue with the woman's breasts that is causing her anxiety. If you look at the link provided you can see one or two cases where this is an issue. For the majority of cases, I think it is being abused.

This is common with medical procedures, though.

I hate to say it, but I think there are two related questions here

(a) given a particular breast size, is artificial more attractive or natural

(b) which looks better, smaller natural breasts or larger artificial ones

I can imagine that for women with abnormally small breasts, the answer to the second question is less clear. And I suppose also - where a relatively minor change is made, maybe the outcome does look normal.

The sad truth is that beauty is probably about getting to first base. About getting noticed in the first place perhaps. For smaller breasted women with conservative clothing - how the artificially enhanced breasts look/feel is only an issue later, if they undress.

Looking at the issue this way, rather than as a guy comparing natural vs enhanced models of similar size (I admit it), the issue is more complex.

Gotta go with real, saggy or not. Unless their done by a first-rate plastic surgeon, you can always tell they are fake. Boobs sag, hairlines recede, waistlines expand. That's life. The more you fight it, the worse you look.

I'd have to say I prefer real breasts too...huge, small, saggy... But I see no problem with a woman improving the look/size of her breasts if it helps her to feel better about herself.

Well time to concur with the majority and say i love my real uns. and also to agree with BOR in perticular when i say that i have a thing for small and what some would call nonperfect breasts, hell untill my second to last love intrest large breasts just plain revolted me.

To be fair I have also never felt implanted breasts, and even if they passed the feel test i am 100% certain they would never feel right in a decent heavy groping or tittiy sucking session. Oh how i love breasts, and ass, and nevermind.....no really i was gonna say a cute face

But that is all talking about me, if a woman decides that she cant feel good about herself unless she goes through brutal surgery for aestetic purposes, then good for her im proud she can make herself feel better like that but its the fact that she needs that kind of self-image adjustment not only the looks and feel that makes fakies really suck.

My wife has had implants for years now. I guarantee you could never tell. They hang naturally. She didn't get huge ones. Just enough to fill out what she had lost from having children. I think they're perfect.

This is a point I think is lost on most of the posters here. Those nice small perky breasts at 25, become hanging pancakes at 35 after 3 kids.

Well. Real ones, it is then! I asked because I have had children, and have breast fed them, and whilst I love my breasts, they are definitley lower and softer than they used to be.. and sometimes I feel unconfident about that.

I've felt fake breasts, and they just didn't do it for me. They don't have the same feel, but sure, they can look nice when done appropriately.

So, for touch - real.

For looks - real or good fakes are fine.

Tried both. Good fake ones feel real. Bad fake ones feel like you're playing with a beach ball. Plus, with bad ones, it's hard to imagine that the owner gets any pleasure out of the experience.

It's been my observation that women frequently get breast implants to impress other women.

I prefer them natural. Small, medium or large, it's always the best. Also, it makes me sad that some girls with small breasts get the implants JUST because they have small breasts. Small ones are just as sexy!!!

I prefer natural all the way, even if they are small. The only time I could ever say I would prefer fakes is if there is a medical problem, or some SEVERE cosmetic issues.

Breasts are breasts. My penis and I enjoy enjoy both types quite well. I sure as hell wouldn't be disgusted to feel fake breasts (which I have plenty of times). It's your body. If you feel an augmentation is something that will give you more confidence or satisfaction go for it. I wouldn't let other people's sexual hangups interfere with my desires.

I love the look of small breasts in close fitting tops...like debra messing.

But, then I have been a D-DD since the age of 12...I do love my large breasts, and no, I don't know what it feels like to have small ones, and how that effects you emotionally. But, I think all breasts are beautiful, no matter how big or small and you should work with what you have.

I look at all the small girl's wearing no bras and backless tops in jealousy...But, I guess maybe they are looking at my big ones jealously too.

Interesting link. It's odd isn't it. I mean some fakes look quite good. If you get a good doctor and/or don't go for something too much bigger than your current size (and your bodyfat is not too low) then the outcome seems to look fine.

if i can't tell the difference, it's alll good. but it seems that with any fakes, they become obvious when the bearer lies on her back or stretches her arms up or whatever, which is fucking gross imo.

This is a really good job, but I think she would be equally attractive if the before pics were taken when she had the same skin tone as the second. I've got nothing against pale girls, but some bodies look a bit better with some color.

First, a disclaimer: I have no personal experience with fake breasts.

That being said, however, I'm all for any enhancement that someone wishes to make to themselves. The keyword is enhancement...if it's going to make a person look better (most importantly in their own eyes), then it's all good.

I've seen quite a few sets of fake (pictures and in person) that were truly wonderful, though I do prefer the movement of a set of perky, firm real breasts (the fakes I've seen were TOO fake, they lacked any form of movement).

For me, if you're blessed enough to have a nice set, then leave 'em that way. If they get too saggy for your tastes later or if you're not happy the way you were made, then feel free to pony up the cash for a new set.

No one has complained about mine and they are definately real lol. Mine are Ds but I still think smaller breasts look better. Of course that kind of self esteem issue could be why implants are so popular.
