How long before you BLOW??
I have two friends who both thought that the actual act of sex only was suppose to last about 5 minutes max or 2 minutes on a bad day for their guy. I always wondered why they said they could never have orgasms from sex. Now I know why. So my question is, guys how long can you go before blowing your load? Or girls..how long does your guy usually last?

That's like saying how long can you eat....it all depends on what exactly you're doing, and what you're going for. WIth good communication and two healthy people, I'd say anywhere from 2 minutes to not coming for hours, or even at all, would be possible, if desired.

I'm all over the map- if it's been a while, or I'm really revved up, sometimes I'm just about done after 10 seconds. Other times, it can take as long as an hour, perhaps longer (obviously these are rare, and do not occur on the first session that day). I guess on average I'm somewhere in the 10-15 range, usually at which point she starts giving me the "wrap it up" signals.

Well, I'll be completely honest.
If I'm on top, I probably average about ten minutes. She never gets off, cause I blow too quick. Shit, ain't no shame in my game. If she's on top, I don't get off, but she loves it. Depends. If I remember to take care of business beforehand, hours. Sometimes 10 minutes for a quicky (we have a 9 month old son). If alcohol is involved, I can go on and on. Last time I was kicked off of her after several hrs.

I'm an 18 yr old male. Last night my gf and I had, if you can call it that, sex for the first time. It was kinda strange. With a Condom, its hit or miss sometimes i can't get off before shes tired or raw. I could have sex for hours or 20 minutes. My ex complained that we could never have quickies becuase it took me too long, we always had protected sex. Without Condoms its depends could be 1 hour or could be 2 minutes.
With me i think if I'm in it physically for the sex i don't enjoy it as much as if i actually care about the person. My last girlfirend i didn't care about, previous ones i did and the times change dramatically. But i've been able to achieve 40+ minutes more regular then 5 and under. Honestly sometimes its a pain in the ass. |

With my ex, he was always done in a few minutes, except for the one time he was sick and we fooled around anyway. Not that it really mattered because I'm quite an easy customer when it comes to the orgasms.
With the current beau, I haven't really bothered to time it but it's definitely a lot longer than 5 minutes. I honestly don't know if it would be physically possible to have a quickie with my current boyfriend. Not that I'm complaining....  impulse03 - Living with roommates sucks like that. If it's a viable option, save up a few bucks and find your way to a motel for a night. There will be less stress on you and your girl and you'll be able to relax and enjoy yourselves. Otherwise, I wouldn't worry too much about it. Trying new things is half the fun anyway. Don't be upset if it doesn't work quite the way you imagine the first time. |

impulse03, you may want to post that to a different thread, as it could derail the discussion here, but would ceratinly bring lots of advice on its own.
I think twistedmosaic had it right. It really depends on what you and you're partner are trying to do. If we're wanting to play around one night (while the kids are sleeping), using lots of positions, not in one for more than 5-10 minutes, we could go on for a couple of hours that way, if we wanted to. Normally, its a nice friendly love making session and not a sexathon, so we tend to go for about 30 minutes. First, I go down on her, typically to orgasm, then I get to choose my preferred position for her for cumming. :-) Usually it takes me 10-20 minutes because I enjoy the feeling of getting to the cumming part just as much as the actual cumming action. I've had my moments where the penetrative intercourse lasted from 45 minutes to an hour.... but in general, I end up shooting my load between 15 and 30 minutes.
I think I'd last longer if I was in better physical shape though... and I'm sure it would help if I masturbated half an hour prior to having sex that way it would take me longer to "bust a nutt" but you can never predict when sex is gonna happen or when your woman is gonna be in the mood. Therefore I try to compensate for my lack of endurance with foreplay and manual stimulation of her clitoris prior to penetration.

When I blow is after my SO has. I try to keep it this way. On a bad day, I can't do this with my man-unit so I'll do it later with one of the other methods.
