Need some Advice...
 

Long story short, I visited a prostitute Saturday night, but left without sex, blow job, nothing really. However, she did touch my penis with her hands a couple times. Anyway, this is not the point. One day after this (Sunday night) I had a bit of burning when i took a piss. Now I'm wondering if I have some STD, and if so, what could it be?

I have been pissing all day and watching carefully but no burning, bleeding, discharging...nothing. Only once last night, and honestly it was nothing seriously painful. Anyone know what the deal is? If you have chlymydia (sp) does it really hurt? Does it hurt every time you take a piss or only once in a while?

And secondly, should i wait and see if it happens again, or just go to the doctors now?

The chances of picking up an STD from hand to penis contact are quite slim. I'm not a doctor so I can't give you a diagnosis. If you're truly worried, take a trip to your doctor.

And mango, its a good story, but its not the point.. I just want some advice.

STDs are just that, sexually transmitted. They require fluid to fluid contact.

Now some of you may say HPV (genital warts), but you dont get that by just touching the wart, the virus is contained in the ejaculate or vaginal fluids.

I wouldnt worry, but if you cant stop thinking about it go get tested, it's free with most insurances.

Seaver is right, the only thing people will think of is genital warts, and it does take fluid transfer.

However, I know when I think I possibly have caught something my mind will not find peace until I have visited the doctor.

If you don't think about it, that's great, because it is more then likely nothing, but if this is something that you can not get your mind off of then I would recommend a visit to the doctor's for a peace of mind.

Did she lick/spit on her hands/your dick before or durring this "touching" periods, or touch herself at all, down there? IF That is the case you COULD have contracted something, such as herpes, but the chance is VERY slim, and usually you can spot it fairly quickly. Also, if you didn't "Finish" that night, it could have just been slight pain from leaving one in the chamber. That happens quite often when things don't reach a good "Peak". I would suggest seeing your doctor annyways, since it's always better safe then sorry.

Anyway, my question was about the burning itching while urinating and no one answered it. Does it happen all the time or only like once in a while? its day 2, and no burning still. It feels a bit strange, but that might be cause i'm over thinking this whole thing.

Mild dehydration can result in strong (very yellow) urine and burning during urination. You said you had been drinking, this can dehydrate you. But, if you absolutely can't get it off your mind, get checked.

They problem may lie in a simple drink. If you drank something unusually high in some type of acid, you may have inflamed your penis a little when you urinated. This makes the urethra a little sensitive. Add in a little pre-cum (when the prostitute touched you-and you probably did, you just don't know it) and you have sensitive tissue with a slight blockage of semen. Weird, I had the same thing happen to me once. I was spending the night at a friend's house, and then suddenly when I was going to the bathroom that night I got this horribly painful feeling. But then later, that never happened again.

By the way, I am going to get the results of a ghonnorea test tomorrow. I'm feeling pretty sure i've got something, and the doctor thinks thats the most likely.

I'm assuming that you are in the US.

Since prostitution is illegal, there's no "certification" that a prostitute can get to say she's clean. (I beleive that prostitutes in Amsterdam (where it's legal) are required to get tested every few months)

Chlymydia is not a disease that has any symptoms that you can see (at least in women, from what I have read)

The constant need to urinate could be a kidney or bladder infection (ask any woman who's ever had a bladder infection -- that's the symptom)

What is up with you and the prostitute? Are you trying to reform her? Take care of yourself... Keep your clothes on until you get to a doctor. (Diseases can be transmitted thru the mouth)

I guess you guys dont understand this...I dont blame you...it took me a little while to figure out what to do in this situation too.

So, i am freaking out about not knowing if I have HIV or not. I decide, well, how the hell do i know? I know one thing. If she doesnt have HIV, I probably dont have HIV. So i wanted to get her tested to see if she has it. I cant get myself tested because there is a 3-6 month window on detection.

No, this thread is definately not fake. Seems like a bad dream sometimes, but, no, its not fake.

Now the current situation is this:

She doesnt want to get for real tested because if she does, its not anonymous here in Prague. She will go "on record" and then not be able to work as a whore any more. While this is absolutely fucked up, thats how she's thinking. So i'll take her to an anonymous place tomorrow. Then if shes positive, i'll try to notify people about her, and then worry like hell about my own chances of having HIV. :(

We only touched with hands though, i mean if there was something on them...I cant imagine it being a lot of wetness or anything. All the doctors say its really unlikely that HIV can be passed this way.
