Just curious whats with the trend lately for women to shave the cho-cha bald. I personally prefer a neatly trimmed region with some hair left. The main problem is, no hair looks like a little kid... ick. Plus, when it grows back, ingrown hair galore, and those are super sexy! :thumbsup: :lol:

Well, I like it smoothe because if it isn't shaved it grows all over. Also, it doesn't get pulled by your underwear, or caught in teeth, or anything. I dunno, I just have never liked it. I started shaving four years ago, when I was 14.

It probably depends on the woman... I think different women would probably look better with different "styles."

I see it as the same as underarm hair, or facial hair, or hair anywhere. It's good to have it in some sort of order. Nobody would appreciate someone who never combed or washed or kept in check the hair on their head, and most men and women prefer women with no underarm hair, and most people prefer men with shaved faces, not some armpit on their chin.

well, with my girlfriend's perspective on pubic hair is that it's no different than arm-pit hair and she shaves down there everyday in the shower as she does her arm pits. Almost all women I know, and have known, prefer men to be clean shaven on their face. When I shave my face I end up looking like a twelve year old boy... most men look a lot older with facial hair. So a woman who prefers men with no beard, is she secretly harboring these same thoughts that men apparently do? Are they secretly lusting after little boys when they ask their men to shave their face?

I know that ignores the obvious link between pubic hair and sexuality that isn't there with male facial hair, but I think it's an interesting comparison.

Generally it is whatever you have grown up with (by grown up I mean sexual maturity). If you grew up especially in the 70s or earlier then pubic hair was the norm. However anyone who is under 30 now generally sees shaving as the norm. Personally if a girl doesn't trim it down to a landing strip or shave it off completely then I will be turned off. I shave myself and I EXPECT the girl to do the same.

I'm a man of the 60's when sexuality, as we know it, was just beginning and to see pubic hair was the most sexy thing around. Most pictures I saw in those early days had the pubes air-brushed out, so to see one with it all in place had a really strong effect on me. So I've liked it that way ever since. I prefer shaved for most of the same reasons as alread stated. It's much more enjoyable to give head to a woman that has shaved. The hairs in the back of the throat is just not an enjoyable thing. I'm curious are there any hygenic benefits for dudes who trim the pubes besides the obvious....like less persperation(which can lead to odor...odor sux). Cause if it has other benefits besides the chicks liking it more I might consider it in the future. Are there any downsides as well?

I prefer hair, and lots of it. It feels so light and soft, and never really ends up in my teeth. It bothers me tons less than stubble.

I wouldn't call having a "landing strip" trimmed...that's pretty much a brazilian wax with a little decoration. I prefer it this way on myself too...reasons, I like it better, it looks, and feels better...my guy rather likes it that way too. Regrowth is a bitch if you shave though, I prefer wax. But there's always those days of the month when there's not much you can do with it, I hate that. I'd love to have laser, I've been told even though it's not forever, your hair will come back a lot finer and that would be great.
