As to the OP, I agree that it is ridiculous how common "anal to BJ" is in porn. I think the industry thinks it has to come up with ever more shocking things. I think there is some confusion here, at least with a couple responses. Correct me if I'm wrong jimmy1s269, but the OP isn't talking about analingus, instead it is talking about anal sex followed by a blow job. Two very different things.

It should also be said that porn performers typically do a fair bit of preparation before those kinds of scenes, clearing out the colon with enemas, etc. Even that doesn't make it particularly healthy, but that's not something that is even shown. Remember, porn is selling a fantasy.

According to a porn producer/cameraman/actor's Q&A thread on another forum, he's never heard of anyone getting sick from ass to mouth, and it's probably because most of the bacteria in the GI tract is present from one end to the other. The girls won't eat anything after noon the day before doing an anal scene, then they'll do a few enemas beforehand. Ass to vag, however, is a surefire way to get an infection.
