Is it possible to return penile sensitivity, if you're circumcised, by wearing a condom for, say, a month or so, to protect it from the daily scraping, etc. ?

I wouldn't recommend that. Not that I'm a doctor, but I'm a dude and have a penis and can pretty much tell you that this probably wouldn't work out too well. I know that penises sweat, because I have a dick, and mine does when I erhm... wank it and such. Anyways, the sweat might build up, and I have no idea how the hell this would affect it, but don't think allowing penile sweat to build up like that would do you any good. Maybe if you replaced the condom regularly and gave it air every now and then, it might work. Only thing is that... well, you've been circumcised all your life, obviously, and that's quite a bit of time to make up for. I honestly doubt that a month would do it, but then again I don't know, because I'm not circumcised. Hopefully someone else will be kind enough to comment on this.
