How many hours of porn do you watch a week?
 

I was taking a survey at 'The Guide For Getting It On' site, and this was one of the questions.

I know it probably varies from week to week, but I think I can come up with an average. I haven't spent too much time downloading new porn in the past few months so that time has been reduced. But I probably watch 2 hours each time twice a week currently.

And if you don't watch porn, are you in a relationship or do you just not like it? Did you ever watch it when you were single?

It's definitely less than an hour a week. If by chance I'm home and awake all night I might explore some sites for a few hours due to boredom. It used to be a lot more but then I discovered real women.

My typical masturbation session at the computer rarely exceeds 15 minutes unless I'm reading a story or enjoying a shared experience (neither of which constitute pornography). I'll be safe with an estimate of 1-2 hours per week.

Really varies. If I've got a ton of things to do then a week or two with nada is not unusual. But if I'm sitting around bored I can watch an hour or more a day. If I'm with someone who also enjoys porn it can be more then that. I met a German lady last fall and she had more porn DVD's in her luggage then I've ever owned, and I like porn. And she knew each scene by heart. Man I miss her.

Hours? Ummm...about 0.2 every two weeks at most. I don't value porn as entertainment enough to devote any more time to a tool that I use to get myself off when normal head fantasies can't.

Half an hour a week would be accurate I think. I don't watch as much porn as I used to in the past. Porn has desensitize me over the years I guess.

porn is banned here and u cant access it online due to the internet filters they set up a few months ago now.

3-5 hrs a week. I don't get out much any more, the SO is more than 1700 miles away, and I've got no excuse not to.

Yeah... I read the title and was thinking, "Hours?!" I didn't know it was possible to watch hours of porn a week... it only takes a few minutes to get off (if I was using it regularly, which I don't anymore), so unless you're watching full-length movies and really getting into the plot, what's the point of watching it for that long? :confused: Just wondering...

I have never been a person to just get off in a few minutes. It is more like a symphony for me. It starts off slow with softcore and then gets to full sex. I like teasing myself and trying to come close to orgasm and then back off for a while. After doing that by watching the best scenes or parts, then I orgasm a few times and am done. It might be one hour or two overall each time, two to four times a week.

It is also relaxing and more interesting than a lot of TV shows. ;)

In one of Al Franken's books he points out one of his favorite business statistics is from the hotel industry. Seems when people order adult pay per view movies to their room they watch, on average, something like 8mins.

Will, not everyone has women (or men) so readily available. Besides, porn is not a replacement, more like something to pass the time when I am alone.

I always figured that if/when most women watch porn, they want it to be some drawn-out thing with a plot, etc (based on the women-produced porn I see at sex shops)... and I don't fit into that, as I just want to see the ol' in and out, up close, and get off on it quick. Good to know that other women feel the same way, and interesting that some men like the drawn-out aspects, in contrast. It's all good.

For me it all depends on what else is going on in my life. Back when I was working full time and running a slide business (at times more then one business) I probably watched 1-2 hrs a year total. Now that I don't have several irons in the fire at once I can do either- sit and watch a whole movie or just 8mins. of one. Mostly that still depends on what else I have planned for the day/evening. Which can leave me not watching any for days and or weeks. Spend all day sailing, diving, fishing etc... and I'm too tried to even watch other people have sex.

As for women I've met a couple recently that have completely changed my perception of the female/porn relationship. Currently I find myself stereotyping German ladies as completely kinky. I'm sure that not true. But it didn't stop me from checking into a long term German visa.

I'd say maybe an hour on a good week. On busy weeks, sometimes zero. When I'm that busy, I hardly have time to think anyway so it becomes less important.
