Fully furnished-
It's a lot to clean and sand gets everywhere. But somehow I'll manage to suffer through.

A cleaning lady half a day, once a week, and your troubles are over. More time for sitting with the dog watching the water.

btw - that is one lovely residence Tully. Colour me green.

I thought I'd put a couple of late spring pics up to contrast with the winter shots I'd posted. The Japanese maples are doing beautifully, and the canopy is filling in with leaves which always gives us that extra bit of privacy

northeast into the canopy from the third floor balcony - that is what makes up our bedroom window.

looking down into our narrow little yard - the maples really have a lovely colour . . .

Sweet digs Tully. I too will be moving in the next month or so. I will have to post some shots when I get them.

I like the new view, Tully--and that pool looks very nice

It's good to be king, if just for a while
To be there in velvet, yeah, to give 'em a smile
It's good to get high, and never come down
It's good to be king of your own little town

Yeah, the world would swing if I were king
Can I help it if I still dream time to time

It's good to be king and have your own way
Get a feeling of peace at the end of the day

And when your bulldog barks and your canary sings
You're out there with winners, yeah, it's good to be king

Yeah I'll be king when dogs get wings
Can I help it if I still dream time to time

It's good to be king and have your own world
It helps to make friends, it's good to meet girls

A sweet little queen who can't run away
It's good to be king, whatever it pays

Excuse me if I have some place in my mind
Where I go time to time

Tom Petty

Yes it's hard to be me. You don't want to be me. You want to be my dogs they're the true kings around here.

I don't know I like doing stuff like cleaning the pool and dusting. Something like "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance" I suppose.

I like all the colors around your home. All that green and the maple tree remind me of Oregon in the spring.
