Here is your next photo assignment, should you choose to accept it.

The Guidelines:

Pictures
**How you interpret the theme is entirely up to you.
**Pics should be taken during the assignment period not just yanked out of your portfolio.

**We're looking for natural images. Some post processing is ok (colour correction, redeye reduction, contrast etc), but no gross manipulation, on occasion we will have an assignment that calls for differing kinds of manipulation. However, for the most part, think "natural."
**Give your photo a title, it just sounds cooler that way.

Comments
**Comments have to (and this part is critical) have substance. -----That is to say; "That foto r0xxor!!," just ain't gonna cut it.
Think more along the lines of:
-----That photo would be better if....
-----That subject's eyes would be better lit if you did....
**Comments should have a constructive edge to them, we're trying to improve here not just stroke each other's egos (but do be nice).
**Please comment on as many photos as you can, prefereably every one. No one likes to feel left out.
**After making your comment please make suggestions for next week's assignment. I will take all the suggestions and select one randomly and/or at the suggestion of the community.

**My overiding vision for this game/exersize/whetever, is to improve our skills as photographers. Regardless of your skill or ability we want everyone to contribute.**
**This is an experiement, the processes and guidelines are up for debate**

There are some benefits to not throwing anything away... :)

I really like that. They're poised as if to get rolling any second.
Here's mine:

those roller skates are a blast from the past -- very nostaligic... :)

NG, i see a cop in that picture, is he ticketing all those motorcycles? :D

I love the tones of the roller skate picture. It feels warm and nostalgic just in the colours and lighting alone.

Swimming is a form of transportation, isn't it?
