I live in a small town, a small town in Pennsilvania. everytime i check the mail i run back to my house like there is somthing gonna get me. I dont feel safe Leaving my property. I feel iam beeing watched. I have stuff falling over. stuff in mirrors freak me out. waking up to cold sweat somtimes i feel a tingle on my back like someone is caressing my shoulders like there about to attack me. i feel cold somtimes. i feel like everytime i walk down the street at nite there shit happening.

no offense, i say this with every best intention, but maybe you should seek professional help.

a little paranoia is alright, but if it's ruling your life and causing you to live in fear, then you should do something out of it so you can get the most of your life.

not that i have an M.D. but have you ever had any traumatic experiences in your life?

also, you know what might help you overcome your fears? Camping out. Try it twice, once with a friend to share a tent with you, the second time try it alone.

I have had similar feelings while living in one apartment and then when I have moved it has gone away. Might sound a little crazy but maybe you have some bad spirits watching you Gizmo. Although you could try a shrink just to make sure.
