I saw the lights at Brown Mountain North Carolina

I watched an X-files show and became interested in this phenomenon since I live only about a 6 hour drive away.
All I can say is that they do exist.
They are really there.
What are they ?
I don't know.
No one does.
It seems like light refracts from somewhere else and forms there ?
There doesn't even have to be a moon though.
So.......where does the light source come from ?
It's all sooooooooooo weird.
But......so intriguing.
I must go again.

Next time......I'm going to take a telescope , high powered binoculars and hopefully some night vision equipment.
You can only take pictures with infared.
It was kind of spooky but I didn't really find it scary.

That came from a Brown Mountain website and I believe it's real because it looks almost identical to what I saw.
It just seems speeded up probably because of the file or something.
I guess infared can only be filmed in black and white ?
I don't know anything about infared except that it's based on heat energy.

It's almost like ball lightning .........but I'm only basing that on the descriptions I've heard because....I've never seen ball lightning.

Uhm.......I don't know what it is.......except that they exist.

And........THEY'RE INTRIGUING AS HELL !!!

Interesting.... My sister lives in N.C.. When i visit her next, i am gonna have to check that out and scare myself.

It's near Asheville jay-g and check one of those sites.
It will tell you the best viewing areas.
If you go please make another post/reply here....even if you don't see anything.

The closer the viewing area .......the better unless it's clear sky.

I live in NC, and apparently this thing is for real. I don't believe in the paranormal or ghosts or anything like that, but I've heard many people say they've seen it (older people), and I find it hard to believe that all these people would be lying :) Plus there's the videos.

This has to be some sort of scientific anomaly or something :)

I go to school right near blowing rock so I'll have to check this out. I'm not superstitous at all but that video did look pretty wild if you can see it constantly at night. Its cool it was on the x-files too.

i wanna "see the light"! imma hafta visit that place sometime!
