I dunno about you, but being a schizophrenic, my antipsychotics help alot with not being paranoid. That's what they're made for!

Works well, and I've been on alot of different meds.

I dunno what methods you were speaking of, so sorry if I got the wrong impression

Be around people who aren't paranoid. If your alone, or with someone else who is freaking out paranoid.....your going to be.

Sunshine. Don't know what's in it, but the more you get the less paranoid you will be. Same holds true with earth. Get outside. Often. Stay off the caffeine and drink plenty of water. Exercise. Yes, exercise. Amazing how it changes the brain.
