Need info on these records...plz help!!!

Hey there...my mom found a box full of old records somewhere I can't remember...they are unused...and...oh just read what I wrote to Time Life:

Hello there...I have a question about some OLD Time Life records...I have 19 Mozart records boxes...the box has a black background with a close up view of notes in glossy looking black and on the top it says MOZART with a picture of Mozart's head inside the O...in the middle it says the name of the box set in red letters...inside the box are 5 records...I have the following records: [list=1][*]The Late String Quartets [*]The Middle Symphonies [*]The Marriage of Figaro/Masonic Music [*]The Early Symphonies [*]Sacred Music [*]Wind Concertos/Early Piano Concertos [*]The Violin Sonatas [*]The Middle Piano Concertos [*]Camber Music with Winds/Piano Trios] [*]The Late Dicertimentos and Serenades [*]The Late Piano Concertos [*]The Soprano Concert Arias [*]The Violin Concertos [*]The Piano Sonatas [*]The Late Symphonies [*]String Duos and Quintets/Piano Quartets [*]Don Giovanni and Concert Arias for Bass [/list=1]
I was wondering if these are collectables...they are in EXCELLENT condition...it almost looks as tho they were never played...The boxes themselves have specks of white chipped off from age and the paper stuff holding the records have aged...If these are collectables then is this the whole set??? Is this part of a set??? How much would these 17 be worth??? If it is part of a set then how much would the complete set be worth??? I need info on these records...since they were made by Time Life I thought you guys would know...THANX

Unfortunately I cannot tell you if your albums are considered collectables. However, I can confirm that when we sold THE MOZART SERIES our price for each selection was $19.95. Attached I have given you a discography of the series for you to compare against what you own.

You may want to try any local used record stores or e-Bay if you are interested in completing the series.

Anyone have any info on these records??? I have no idea why s/he sent me that attachment...those are cassettes and cd's...I got records...dunno...anyone know how I can get info on the records??? They have not been played...a needle has not touched them... any help would be very...umm...helpful...THANX

I dont think I can help, I searched for a while but came up with squat. You could try taking them to a second hand record shop & seeing asking what theyre worth. We often have markets over here where collectors hire out a hall & peddal thier wares & you can get a fair idea about records from the sellers.
Another approach wpuld be to find a classical music/Mozart freak on the net & ask him/her. Search for a biography of him & mail the author.
Other than that, Im fresh outta ideas.
