I doubt i'll catch this being in Australia, but in any case, they should've picked some good bands to do the covers. At least, something not so mainstream and consumer.
Anyway, i don't think i'll buy the new metallica album, or even really listen to it. I listened to the sample song, and though it's fairly decent, the lyrics were kind of stupid, and it sounds a lot like meshuggah, but not as good. |

They have some downloads of Staind and LB covers for the show...better hurry though, site going down soon. Avril imo did the gig for her bandmates...those guys seemed really happy to be there. Im thinking they got offered the gig and the bandmates begged avril to do it for their behalf. Korn did great, and so did LB added the much needed anger / energy the songs needed after the hum hum by AL. |

it was pretty good i didnt like avril . korn was good, cept for fieldy's shitty bass playing , and i liked limp's perfomance minus fred's rapping, but i really enjoyed the tidbits sam rivers added into the verses of sanitarium
