Ok ya'll I need some help!
What is the best program for downloading mp3s, videos, etc.
I would greatly appreciate the help.

I use Kazaa Lite for music and Direct Connect for everything else. If you know where to look Direct Connect has a bigger selection music-wise, it's just the interface is a horrendous pain in the arse to use.

Baring the legality, there are several I use. WinMX for audio. Kazaa sometimes for odd audio files. Edonkey or Emule for video and proggies.
