Limp Bizkit vid
I just caught these clowns on mtv...Their new clip seems to feature a young lady tied to a chair looking scared, with Durst screaming at her through a megaphone.
That's not nice. Their core fanbase must still be at rather an impressionable age... I quite liked MI2 and rollin-rollin-rollin, and it was fun when the guitarist wore his skeleton suit; but this sort of behaviour is reprehensible, in my opinion. Have I got the wrong end of the stick? Ought I to have watched until the end for a punchline? Any opinions, people? |

That young lady tied to a chair looking scared is none other than the lovely Thora Birch (Whom I'd love to have tied to a chair myself)
![]() And yes I'd eat her alive. Well to get to your point it is believed the song is written about none other than Britney Spears who actually went out on a date with him and kissed him n all that good stuff and now wants nothing to do with him. Thus explains the anger in the video but also you can see the passion and admiration of her beauty in the lyrics. "I want you and there ain't nothin wrong with wanting you" I believe the lyrics say. I think it's a pretty kick ass song when the chorus kicks in (I'd Eat You Alive!!!!) but as for the rest of it it's not too great but it's better than the singles they released before that one. Like Rollin Rollin (C'mon dude song sucked. One a the reasons Wes left the band). So yeah the behaviour is a little harsh but I don't think he took it too far like some others do (Eminem for example) We've all wanted to tie someone down in a chair before and make them listen to how we feel. Thats kinda what the song and the video are about. In the end he didn't harm her....he actually started sweet talking her ("I just wanna look at you all day" were the lyrics) and he untied her and ran away. Pretty cool video. Decent song...kinda goin back to their 3 Dolla Bills Ya'll days when I actually liked them so thats good. But ya know ya don't have to like it man not yer cup a tea no prob with that homie. Asta!!

Yes, but 'Rollin' had that ace dance where you wave your arms about like you're driving a slalom course. You've got to love that bit!
The admiration of her beauty part makes it look like here's a girl he really likes, but she won't look at him, makes fun of him because he's a total dork. And now it's payback! Well, thanks for your considered reply, K-wise. I found it chilling, but if I'm the only one then that should be okay... |

I really wish people weren't so damn sensitive. It's only a vid for christs sake! The vid isn't the problem. It's weak stupid parents who don't teach their fucking kids how to have a mind of their own.
BTW, the song & vid suck! |
