Head units, and USB
I was on the can reading the latest Best Buy circular, and they advertised a "Best Buy Brand" (Insignia I think?) car head unit with a USB port for thumb drives/removable drives. Does anyone know of any other headunits that have this type of input? (I could hook my PSP into it :D )
Edit: Found it on the BB website: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....=1099396976753 |
well u can hook you're psp into it but where is the screen there are other ways to connect you playstation to a audio system in your vehicle. you can buy a tft screen en hook your playstation up because there must be an AV output on your psp so its possible and i wouldn't buy a Headunit with usb, you can better save your money and buy a tft screen, and a better Headunit like an Alpine. The differences of the Head Units is mostly the quality of the sound, hear the difference of a cheap HU and an expensive one. I hope you have enough info about this topic

There's a little talk about USB decks over here:
Car MP3 players Yep, Insignia is BB's in-house brand for high-margin import stuff. They don't manufacture anything, but it provides them a name for brands few mortals would ever recognize. |
that signal to noise ratio sucks... 55? most are pushing to or over 100 in the same price range. USB port is still a nice idea though
