i was at a stop, looked both ways, let the lady with the stroler go, went and by the time i was 2/3 through the intersection i noticed her, when she hit me... :( work vehicle, not fired though....just insurence rate raped because im under 25...

and i feel like a fucking moron, i dont know whose fault it was, or how fast she was going...but i feel stupid.

I had to reread that three times until I realized to uweren't hit by a woman with a stroller. I was sitting here wondering how the hell she could have caused so much damage. But anyway, that sucks. At least nobody was hurt.

It shouldn't affect YOUR insurance...just the company insurance. You might get a ticket out of it, if it's your fault, but other than that, it SHOULDN'T affect yours.

Was it one of those SUV strollers, with the raised ride height, chunky offroad tyres and increased emissions?:D

If you were hit from the side, towards the rear of the car, and weren't breaking any laws, it'll probably be the other person's fault.

Looks like a bent control arm... I think that's what I'd be called on your car. I don't know imports that well.
