A fighter for peace
Protector of love
Soldier for all that is good in life

My opponent is strife
Hate
Evil
All the ills that plague this world

He stands before me,
across the battle ground
His eyes glow red,
with the evil that fumes inside him

I stand resolute
An image of calmness'
Serene
But ready for battle

It begins
I can feel the heat rising from his body
fueled by the brimstone that is his heart
As we engage in mortal combat

I know not how long this battle will go
Where it will take us
Who will win
But I fight

Why?
For our Savior
For good
For right

For all the innocents,
whose lives depend on the outcome
For love
For peace

I am a grappler
I fight because I have to
Not by my will
I protect...
