Broken Promises

On that rainy night in our small town
You asked me if I'd ride around
I'd known you nearly all my life
Then a few short months I became your wife

Before God and family, we said, "I do."
Not knowing the trails we'd go through

I have the country singer, but I can't think of her name. She is very well known and lovely. And no, it's not Faith Hill.

Although she would be good Tana, that was not the one I was thinking of. She is very attractive and she did have short dark hair. She sang that song about Angels and about the little boy..........jeeze, you can tell I'm a big country fan, can't ya?? LOL!

Seems like she did one about women reaching different stages in life too. Oh man.............I stink at trivia!

Martina McBride - Concrete Angel ? and this one's for the Girls?

I'm not much of a country gal either, but her lyrics in those got me.

I definitely see her adding her voice to this one
