Tony Little's Gazelle
Anyone use this machine? I have been tempted to get one but would like some feedback. Is this a good machine for an aerobic (SP) workout? I would like to get a treadmill but they are just too pricey and I thought the Gazelle looked like a nice alternative.

ive messed around with them some in sports stores and they are fun for a minute or two, didnt really seem like it was doing much.
i found i would of liked it with more resistance to it. i tried the leaning back and forward motions too and it wasnt that much of a strain. |
