lookin ripped all the time
First off, I'm an 18 year old Male and I've been lifting for probably about two years. I took a pretty good amount of time off for basketball in my senior year of High School.
I read somewhere that it may take 5 years or more of weight training to have that ripped look all the time that you get while you are doing a set. Any input on this? Not that I'm not happy with my progress, but sometimes my body's look is like night and day. Always better to find some good lighting and wet the body right after a workout to feel better about your physique ![]() |

Not sure what you're talking about, but if you do it right you can get a ripped look in 6-12 months.
