My bro is studying for his right now!

He says to focus on one group of people or one area, ie. first time home buyers, commercial, etc.

Just, congratulations. Now it's time to chat up a lot of different real estate people and get their advice on what your best move is. It'll probably all be different, but that's where your own choice and creativity comes in.
