Ab Roller.....
Ok so Im sure everyone has seen the advertisement for the "Ab Roller" or something similar to it. My question is do any of you all own one and how affective are they? Do they target your whole abdominal region or just only either lower or upper??Would you say they are a great substitute for crunches/set ups or should you still include set ups/crunches in you workouts?? And last how many diffrent ab exercises can be done with them? If you all could give me any kind of feedback it'd be appreciated or any comments or suggestions, thanks yall.
