Drink pleanty of water - fatigue is a symptom of dehydration
A couple of other random thoughts... Have you just started excersizing 5 times a week? What is pleanty of sleep? If you are only 18, you might need 9 hours or so a night. (Need less sleep as you get older, but still variable from person to person) Do you have consistent sleep/wake cycles? Generally you do better if you get up at the same time every day. Too much caffeine can ultimately lead to fatigue. Either through a direct reaction or making you more restless at night. Sleep apnea is quite common as well, but if this is a recent onset, it probably relates to some lifestyle condition. |

Maybe your depressed and just either don't know it or don't want to admit it. Or on the other hand, allergies can zap you big time. Do you eat properly (yah, another extensive, every man's got their theory subject). Seroiusly. Look at all your input and trade off the easy ones to test your "constitution".
Good luck. You can see the prob and deal with it. Our bodies do know. Peace is Possible. Love yourself first and the rest is easy. ![]()

is it tired+really weak? or is it just tired?
i´m thinking it could be diet related... or maybe medication you´re on if you´re on any? are you under any kind of abnormal stress? sometimes when the pressures on for me, my body just starts to shut down... which makes all night essay efforts totally impossible.

My schizophrenia meds make me soo tired I was once on Ritalin and now am using Provigil. Do you have any disorders that you know of that may make you tired? You might have something wrong clinically and a simple med can help you stay up.. If not, I'd suggest more sleep and such.

Yes, read a bit about sleep apnea. That's a pretty big warning sign of having that condition and it can be quite serious.

Being tired could also be a sign of diabetes. I second the motion to go see a Dr. It can't hurt anything.

I was about 55 and seemed to wear out real fast...I even got to the point I would have to set down and rest...
They found it---my right carated artery was plugged tightand my left was 80% blocked....I was a stroke looking for a place to happen. Had a roto-rutor job on the left side---right was beyound help... What a difference. After the recovery I felt like I was 35 again.... so, get it checked... |

I don't know if baaa is actually banned or not, but I will post for other people who are curious on the subject.
If you are having problems with sleep deprivation or fatigue, first check to see if you snore. If you live or sleep with other people, ask them if you snore, and if you do what kind of snoring it is. Next thing to look for is for any sleep related problems in your family, because things like sleep apnea are genetic. I have a problem with snoring, and Antagony told me about sleep apnea and it's dangers, so I went to my doctor and told him my symptoms. Although my father had sleep apnea, and it was very possible I might too, my doctor wanted me to make sure I realized that just snoring by itself can also keep you from having good/enough sleep if it is too loud. If it turns out you snore, and you are having sleep problems, first look at your family history, then your diet. You can also try these strips that go on your nose that try to open your air flow and stop snoring, which have worked (a little) for me. Please remember that if it is sleep apnea, it is very dangerous and needs to be researched asap. Try your best to find out, but don't forget that sleep studies and/or eye-throat-mouth doctors are very expensive, so if it is possible to try resolving the problem without them it will be easier than throwing your money at someone for nothing.
