The Distance Thread
Hey guys,
For the sake of getting back into football form I have decided to log how far I bike/run/walk/etc and calories I burn. I want to see over the week, then bi-weekly, then monthly what I can do. I bike about two hours a day which, generally, adds up to 53 kms and 1800 cal. I also lift every second day. So here is my challenge. Who can beat me? I've always been the top of everything BUT sports/fitness so I want competition! So my new workout cycle started yesterday and at the moment I am at: Calories: 2980 Kilometers: 83.5 Let's get in shape shall we? |
