				my achilies tendon
there is something kinda wrong with it. I sprained my ankle about 3 days ago, nothing serious. I was on the ground putting together a TV stand for my families new TV for christmass, and when i stood up and trying to walk it felt like my achiles was stuck at where it was when i was on the ground. what i mean by that is when i tryed to put my foot at a 9 degree angel it there was tightness and a degree of pain. it was real sudden, nothing really to cause the pain, so i thought it'll go away in a couple of minutes. 3 hours later and it's still tight any clues as to whats up with it?

| Likes Hats Location: Stockholm, Sweden | Is the foot more mobile now? It might be some random cramp thingy, or maybe you pulled the tendon a little when you stood up. Try soaking the foot in warm water and wriggle it about a bit, and keep the ankle warm and cozy for a while. If you have sprained your ankle then I guess you've been walking very gently on that foot for the last days and the Achilles tendon might have stiffened up from lack of use, hence the cramp/pulling now. |
