How to prevent CTS?
 
how do you prevent carpul tunnel syndrome?

i have a cushion (maybe handrest is a better word) of the keyboard and the same for the mouse, i guess they're supposed to help.

i spend a whole lot of time on the pc and type quite a bunch and play games.

any suggestions?
