Sufficient - Being as much as is needed.

Efficient - Acting or producing effectively with a minimum of waste, expense, or unnecessary effort.
Exhibiting a high ratio of output to input.

Redlemon is correct. This is a discussion forum. You can't discuss the meaning of sufficient/efficient. Especially when there are online dictionaries available for free.
