				cuttinig torch issues
I am having problems with my cutting torch that I got from some one on Craigslist. I don’t know what brand it is but the acetylene side has no pressure at the tip. I can only get a small flame with the valve opened all the way. Above the acetylene valve is a small cap that looks like a filter of some kind. Please help. |

| WHEEEE! Whee! Whee! WHEEEE! Location: Southern Illinois | I am not familiar with a torch with a filter on it. All your pressure should be coming from your acetylene tank itself, however, so I'd say you have some sort of blockage in the acetylene feed.

Thanks for the info and you are right about the blockage. After I posted this I went out and used my air compressor to blow out the line and everything is working like new | |
