Wasn't that the sequel to the 7th guest? If so, I am pretty sure they remade that for Windows. I don't know about any newer games like that though.

7th Guest... I tried installing that game not too long ago
The music was waaaaay too loud, and the sound effects were waaaaaay too soft... I couldn't hear anything... And there were no options to change the levels. Pretty pointless, I remember loving that game, but I can't play like that.

I can remember having a game like this way back in the day for the Sega CD. I remember these stupid butterflies talking to me, warning me of the owner of the mansion, whom I never saw.
