Communist Video Games
First of all, let me just say that I don't think that these are OGFM Commie Propaganda!!! or even something definite. Just something amusing.
Super Mario Bros. Pretty much summed up here. Red Faction
Any more? :) |
The super mario link still has me laughing.. hehe..
Lol, I have a republican friend who is violently anti-communist. I asked him if he like Mario. Then I showed him that. Good times. :D
What would McCarthy have said had he seen this?
Well Red Faction is a given, lol. It was SUPPOSED to be based in a Russian communist type setting, lol.
How about a real communist video game? Polyplay was developed, manufactured, and sold in the former East Germany.
The games are actually emulated in MAME. The ROMs are one of the very few that are 100% legal to distribute, because the copyright was owned by the East German government, which no longer exists. |
Communist Mario... he was brainwashing so many innocent minds :)
Rush 'N Attack?
Uh, Freedom Fighters? Tetris?
How does Tetris have communist themes, other than being written by a Russian citizen?
I thought Tetris took the piss out of capitalism, as soon as you have a good thing going it disappears, and if you don't you go broke and are left on your ass staring at the GAME OVER screen.
Funny that. |

Red Faction was a great game, and is there anything truely wrong with communism
That Mario site is hilarious. It reminds me of some English classes I've taken.
"Look, it's a symbol! The author was certainly refering to the socio-political conflicts of women writers between the years 1803 to 1804!" |
The Mario link was awesome, and hte Tetris one was a laugh too, ' A WINNER IS DEMOCRACY '
