er...HAGGAR from Final Fight! Oh, wait, that's not a fighter, per se.
Well, I suppose I could tie between my two best characters in Tekken 3 and SC2 -- Ogre/Raphael. When I want to win at those games, that's who I use.

Kung Lao, in his MK5 role. He's so awesome after Sub Zero became popular.

Kasumi (Dead or Alive)- She is extremely fast, and I like to play fast characters. She is also the hottest of all the DOA girls.

Cassandra (Soul Calibur 2)- I like her sword/shield combo. It makes it really easy to juggle people.

Sub Zero/Scorpian/Raiden (Mortal Kombat)- I love their combos and fatalaties. They are also the most recognizable fighting characters.
