I can't get it to play on my PS2 keeps saying Disc Read Error. I'm thinking because the back side is bluish, is there anyway to have play? Or should I just bring it back to the store?

I'd take it back pronto. It is probably a minute scratch on the disc that is interferring with the load data. Exchange it for another and try it.
