Again, didn't see one, and was curious to see what everyone's next pick would be.

Psi-Ops looks fascinating, not to mention cool. I think I'm going to get around to it by next month.

Doom 3 and World of Warcraft - those will be my next two, but it won't stop me from playing FFXI.

I'm thinking Ninja Gaiden, and DOOM 3.

The next game I'd like to play is probably Ninja Gaiden or MGS:TTS. Despite the fact that I've already played MGS:TTS, it desperately needs a replay.

Just got Warlords Battlecry 3 delivered to me, so that will be the one for me :)

I was gonna say Mega Man Anniversary Collection, but I got it today, so that's my current one. I think I'm gonna pick up MGS:TTS sometime soon, so I'll call that my next one.

i bought splinter cell / pandora tomorrow the tuesday it came out, but just started playing it and can't stop.

Rome: Total War - god I hope this will be good cuz it has been about 4 years since I stopped playing AoK:tC and I need a new RTS!

World of Warcraft - definitely gona try it.

Doom 3 - for single player fun.

Metalheart - for the Fallout junkie in me.

I was gona was waiting for Counter Strike 2...but now that I found Frag.ops it dropped off my list.

Silent Hill (The Room) - unfortunately it won't be out until September :(

BREAKDOWN! A true FPS, had a go a couple of days ago and loved it, felt so real! Reviews have been mixed but I enjoyed it so I'll definately pick it up next week and start playing that, provided I finish any current first-time-play games I'm on at the mo'.

Starwars galaxies space expansion baby!!!!!!!!! it doesn't seem to be that popular of a game, but I have to say, it's one of my all time top 5 favorites.

NCAA 2005

I've been waiting for a long time for this one. I know my team will suck (Miss. State) but that's cool because I'll build up a kick-ass dynasty.

WoW is on my list and of course Halo 2 gotta get that GTA 3 is a must and so is the new Metroid.

WoW has definitely been added to the list, the fucking orcs dance like MC Hammer. I'm not shitting you. http://everygamesucks.com/orcdance.wmv. Check that link out, and try to refute that the fuckin' orcs dance like MC Hammer. It's awesome, almost reason enough to buy the game and subscribe. Halo 2, MGS3, Metroid Prime, all these are to be played ASAP.

Just got Pandora Tommorow and it kicks ass just like the original. Also finally started Metroid Prime yesterday, but I think Pandora Tommorow is going to keep me busy enough so that I dont play Metroid. To be quite honest, Metroid didnt wow me like everyone said it would, aside from the incredible graphics (best ive seen on cube) its really not that great. Speaking of graphics, Pandora Tommorow is absolutely gorgeous. And the requirements are not steep. Im running it on a pretty crappy machine on all high settings without a hint of slowdown. Just beautiful.

well i went to the store to get ninja G, but they were out, so I got spiderman 2 instead. It is now the next game I will be playing (sometime this weekend :D ).

socom 2.....yes its been out for a whillllllle, but i am just getting my ps2 back after lending it to someone so i finally get to play it........as for future games, the ones i am really looking forward to are gt4, halo2, gta:sa, half life 2......i am pissed they are alll coming out basically at the same time, gotta stretch my time thin....

Now that my Xbox is broken (see spiderman 2 thread if you are interested in the details) my new next game I will be playing is probly DOOM 3 or FarCry (depending on when I get bored of my current PC game). Oh yeah, and spiderman 2 has been returned...

Are we assuming that TF2 will ship with HL2? I'm thinking it will.

Its always a possibility, but seeing how its been in development for-fucking-ever, I doubt it. I know Counter-Strike is being released with HL2, though.

arg.. i was so frusterated by the save sys on the SNES star ocean.. i gave up when i played unwillingly for 45 mins just to get to the next place i could save..

I'm surprised noone mentioned Fable. I just rented it, but so far I'm massively dissapointed. It was a real let-down after GTA:VC and True Crime Streets of LA.

EDIT: Blockbuster gamepass has worked out well for me, $15 for 1 month of unlimited rentals.

Rome Total War is on top of my list at present... the battles looks huge and the campaign map looks awesome. And of course Half-Life 2 which is supposedly going to go gold very soon. This last half of 2004 has been a very good time for gaming.

I'll echo X-Men, Paper Mario 2 and Metroid, but to be honest the only game I'm really excited about is Splinter Cell:Chaos Theory.

I mean...I love a good game as much as the next guy, but I've got the money ready to go and I'm blocking dates to play this thing. I joke, but you get the idea. I daresay not even the eventual release of Half Life 2 or Halo 2 have got me this interested.

I really want to buy some new games but Madden has got me addicted. It says I have played for 90 hours now, very sad for me, but I cant help it. I want to complete the franchise mode of 30 years before Madden 06 comes out. I'm in year 2 right now undefeated. Won the Superbowl last year 16-0 and am 10-0 right now, I want to win the SB 30 years in a row ;).

That going gold was a joke, some stupid little 13 year old CS player hacked Gabe's computer and posted that under his account.

Vampire can't come out first since it features the Source engine. Half-Life 2 must be the first game to come out that runs on the Source engine according to their contractual agreement. Makes sense too, since VALVe are the ones that built it.

Unfortunate thing is, Vampire probably could have gone gold a long time ago, but because of VALVe's inability to release games, it's been delayed along with Half-Life 2.

And TF2 won't come out with HL2. Unless they surprise us, but I doubt it. Methinks it'll just be HL2 and CS:S inside the box. Maybe some form of deathmatch. Doubt it, though.

I'll be getting Halo 2. I enjoyed the first and I am sure I will enjoy the second. Lately I have had too much on my mind and some mindless FPS action is just what I need. Plus Halo was the best FPS I have ever played on a console. There is just something that is so nice about sitting on my couch to play games rather than having to go on my computer. Perhaps it is because I am on a computer all day at work...

Dosent it piss you off when yo've already preordered HL 2, which was supposed to be released Sept 2, and on oct 31 they decide to announce that they are goign to delay it until Nov 15? And I've already paid for it.... jesus christ... what next?

I'm almost starting to wonder if delaying these games at the last second makes them sell more copies faster... Lets have a look... Warcraft 3, Diablo II, new patch for D2... Allthe msot successful games seem to follow the Trend... odd?
