Hey all,

Well I've just recently bought the Xbox and I'm thinking that I want to get on Xbox Live... the problem is I'm living in a rented suite, my tv is in my living room and the network hub is in the office. I'm not allowed to drill holes and wire through rooms, so I'm wondering if anyone has tried any of the external wireless network attachments for consoles? I think I saw one from D-link.

Just wondering if having it wireless would effect the connection at all... I myself have no experience with the new wireless networking yet.

I use the D-link wireless solution for my xbox and ps2 and I have never noticed a difference in performance versus wired LAN connections to the internet.

I highly reccomend any of the solutions (microsoft has one also).

I'm signing up for the Ninja Gaiden 1.1 downloadable content. I may even buy KOTOR again just to see what the live content for that looks like. Once again, beautiful news from the TFP.

Oh yeah, my wireless router is upstairs, and the X-box is in the living room. Going to check on that Microsoft wireless adapter.

KOTOR Live content I understand just has a single planet you can go to that is really small, has no enemies, where you can only buy stuff.

Yeah, it's the same in the PC version, it's just a space station that you can go to and buy the MOST expensive, most l337 stuff in the entire game. You get there by completing almost all the planets in the game, right before you crash on that planet and have to find shit to repair it. Not worth it. I mean, buy KOTOR because it's a fucking excellent game, but not because it has live support.
